Specialist Musculoskeletal and Rheumatology Physiotherapist
I am a specialist physiotherapist in musculoskeletal (MSK) and rheumatology conditions.
Following my three-year Sport Science degree, I undertook an MSc in Physiotherapy to become a chartered physiotherapist.
Keen to advance my skills and knowledge further, I completed a PG Diploma in Advanced Physiotherapy alongside working in the NHS.
I worked for the NHS for 18 years, where I developed and led an award-winning inflammatory back pain service at Whipps Cross Hospital.
I enjoy teaching fellow clinicians and have presented my published research at the Houses of Parliament and at international conferences.
I have worked in private practice for the past 15 years. I am a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), a group of chartered physiotherapists that have reached a recognised standard of excellence in neuromuscular physiotherapy.
Through my years of experience, I bring a multi-faceted and holistic approach to assessment and treatment. I am a firm believer that a shared understanding of a patient’s problems through effective communication and education is key, and this is incorporated within my sessions.
I am passionate about improving my clients’ quality of life and helping them return to their activities and sports, whatever level or stage they may be.
