Below are the terms and conditions under which High Beech Physiotherapy (“we”) provide physiotherapy services including Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Sports Physiotherapy (the “Services” as set out on our website (www.highbeechphysiotherapy.co.uk).

Performance of the Services
The Services that we offer are set out on our website (www.highbeechphysiotherapy.co.uk). However, we are also able to tailor our Services to meet your specific needs. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
The Services will be provided to you on a date and time agreed between us (the “appointment”). The appointment will take place at our premises in High Beech (full address given on booking).

Payment
Payment is due in advance of your first appointment on booking your appointment. Follow up appointments can be paid at the end of your appointment and may be made in cash, by credit or debit card or by bank transfer. Any payment that is made by bank transfer must clear within 5 days of the appointment date. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any ongoing treatment if payments are not made in full when due.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment
We understand that there may be times when you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. You may cancel an appointment at any time by emailing highbeechphysiotherapy@gmail.com or by calling Becky on 020 8129 3620.
However, please note that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not turn up for the appointment, then you are liable to pay the full cost of that appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, then you are liable to pay 50% of the cost of the appointment.
If we need to cancel your appointment
On occasion, we may have to cancel a scheduled appointment. If we must cancel a scheduled appointment, we will book you another appointment as soon as reasonably practicable. No charge will be made to you for the appointment that is cancelled by us.
Confidentiality
We shall treat all personal information supplied by you to us as confidential. We shall not disclose such information to any third party without your prior permission, except where required by law.
Data protection
We shall treat all personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office on the Register of Data Controllers.
Complaints
We hope that you will be happy with the Services provided by us. However, in the event that you are unhappy with the Services provided, please let us know and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
